Wheel 2: Coffee Pour Over Set - Thurs AM

Service Description

In this specialized course, instructor Lauren Pedersen will lead students through creating a 4 piece coffee pour over set. Each student will make two mugs, a coffee pour over, and a carafe. Students will continue to develop their skills on the wheel with projects ranging from 2-4lbs, as well as practice trimming, creating handles, and embellishing. Prerequisite: Students MUST take Wheel 1 at Cass Ceramics before enrolling in this class. Class meets once per week for 6 weeks and includes all equipment, materials & firing for pieces made in class, as well as free access to open studio hours (Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sundays 10am-4pm). Please note, we do not offer make up classes. Students are encouraged to take advantage of open studio hours to make up any missed classes with some independent practice. Private lessons are also available to currently enrolled students at a discounted rate.
